Odd that some of the cars went right and some went left.Some followed the lead engine, others stayed on the tracks. Not uncommon in a derailment.

The tracks generally look intact.
Perhaps whatever was used to make the train jump the tracks initially became worn and the renaming cars stayed withing the tracks.
