Hilary’s emails were not in the government sanctioned system. Hence they could not be seized. This of course is a criminal action but she dodged it with help from the Obama DOJ.
What they were able to get were emails that were also CC’d to others on the government system.
I beg to differ. All of hilliarys emails are on an NSA server.
