The Norks. Even their benefactors are getting fed up with the belligerent crap. Plus, they are getting a taste of what the GCC is doing under the radar.
China has begun to appreciate that a war in Korea would not be good for business. China/US trade was non-existent during the Korean War. I rather doubt China believes there can be a war in Korea that would not drastically affect China/US trade.
