House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) ordered congressional investigators to physically remove all outstanding documents from the Justice Department on Thursday.
“Intel Cmte chair Nunes says Hse Intel Cmte will send investigators to DoJ Thursday to do a “scrub” of documents they have pursued since winter. Nunes says if McCabe doesn’t appear next Tuesd, he will move to subpoena him..or potentially hold McCabe in contempt of Congress,” tweeted Fox News’ Chad Pergram.

I check in on Meganon and Qanon frequently on twitter. There has been hints of this for a couple weeks. They convey that only the Marines are under direct control of the President, and he can order them to do such a thing. Plus, they could destroy their copies at the FBI, but with all the collection of electronic data with so many branches of the government, some one still has everything.
It would have to be a surprise raid I think; otherwise incriminating documents might be destroyed.

Congressman: DOJ was ‘forced’ to release FBI agents’ private texts ‘because Devin Nunes was about to subpoena them’
The DOJ’s decision to share the texts with Congress and the media on Tuesday was controversial, because the texts are the subject of an ongoing inspector general investigation.
Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz on Friday said the Justice Department was “forced” to release private text messages exchanged between former special counsel investigators Peter Strzok and Lisa Page because House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes “was about to subpoena them.”
The House Sergeant at Arms is the enforcer for house orders. He can fetch subpeonaed witness and keep them in House basement jail until they testify.
