House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) ordered congressional investigators to physically remove all outstanding documents from the Justice Department on Thursday.

“Intel Cmte chair Nunes says Hse Intel Cmte will send investigators to DoJ Thursday to do a “scrub” of documents they have pursued since winter. Nunes says if McCabe doesn’t appear next Tuesd, he will move to subpoena him..or potentially hold McCabe in contempt of Congress,” tweeted Fox News’ Chad Pergram.

It will be interesting to see if it results in an armed standoff between federal agents.

It should not be Agent vs Agent. It should be Agent vs US Marines. As a former Paratrooper, I would have been chomping at the bit to get this assignment. Hell, I'd chute up right now given this opportunity.

“Who’s lying at the FBI?,” Ingraham asked Nunes on the topic of who funded the ‘Trump dossier.’ “We don’t really know. Is it just Comey or is it the whole FBI?,” asked Nunes Ingraham was taken aback by the response, replying with “that’s quite a charge.” “Absolutely. This is the government out of control,” admitted Nunes.

When was that interview?

It IS something else.

Whereas the laws of the United States have been for some time past, and now are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the powers vested in the Marshals by law,

Now therefore, I, Donald John Trump, President of the United States, in virtue of the power in me vested by the Constitution, and the laws, have thought fit to call forth, and hereby do call forth, the militia of the several States of the Union, to the aggregate number of seventy-five thousand, in order to suppress said combinations, and to cause the laws to be duly executed. The details, for this object, will be immediately communicated to the State authorities through the War Department.

I check in on Meganon and Qanon frequently on twitter. There has been hints of this for a couple weeks. They convey that only the Marines are under direct control of the President, and he can order them to do such a thing. Plus, they could destroy their copies at the FBI, but with all the collection of electronic data with so many branches of the government, some one still has everything.

It would have to be a surprise raid I think; otherwise incriminating documents might be destroyed.

If any members of an organization are going to be conservative or libertarians who can decoy as liberals to set traps for the swamp, it’s IT guys, e.g. Snowden.

Some experiment proved conservatives can convincingly pass as liberals, but not vice-versa.

It’s nice that GP hires the mentally retarded to write for them.

But they really need someone to screen their headlines and remove idiot words like “boom.”

I would think Nunes is more than a little pi$$ed about the BS ethics charge his “distinguished colleagues” tried to use to silence him with. If I were him I'd be doing everything I could to give a little payback to that slime ball Schiff.

Congressman: DOJ was ‘forced’ to release FBI agents’ private texts ‘because Devin Nunes was about to subpoena them’

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/congressman-doj-was-forced-to-release-fbi-agents-private-texts-because-devin-nunes-was-about-to-subpoena-them/ar-BBGMtrl

The DOJ’s decision to share the texts with Congress and the media on Tuesday was controversial, because the texts are the subject of an ongoing inspector general investigation.

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz on Friday said the Justice Department was “forced” to release private text messages exchanged between former special counsel investigators Peter Strzok and Lisa Page because House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes “was about to subpoena them.”

The House Sergeant at Arms is the enforcer for house orders. He can fetch subpeonaed witness and keep them in House basement jail until they testify.
