Bears remembering. Choices have consequences and Senate votes are precious things as we now know.
Mitch McConnell is a modern day Nero, fiddling while Rome burns.
Steve BAnnon made a heroic effort to shake the pillars of the political elites , and he shool them good. So good that the Swapm Critters dropped their masks, and now all of America can see the ugliness that the GOPe has become.
If the McConnell Senate does not pass the Tax Bill, that’s the end of the GOPe,the dam will brake and real grass roots Republicans will fill the state primary schedules across the nation.
Who do you think conspired with the Dems to achieve Special Prosecutor Mueller to attempt a coup on the Trump Presidency? McConnell. Thats why Steve Bannon left the administration, to fight the GOPe so it will die a death of a thousand cuts. And Bannon is just beginning.
Lay on Steve Bannon, LAY ON!
We will clean them out.
If you ask me, this election was sealed with the choice of Jeff Sessions to be attorney general.
Bears remembering. Choices have consequences and Senate votes are precious things as we now know.
Nope. Given the small margin of the loss, it was sealed when the GOPe chose to actively campaign against Moore. Senator Shelby’s Anti-Moore media blitz last weekend was pathetic. Jones used it to do a state wide robo call on election eve. Moore would have won confortbaly had the GOPe simply kept their mouths shut and arranged to run negative ads against Jones.
We know what McConnell is, we’ve seen him in action in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2017. He is a snake really he just looks like a turtle. May he not prosper.
K Street wants the tax bill. It will get done. Guaranteed.
bump for later
Shelby needs to die in a grease fire.
Let's see. Who appointed Sessions? Luther Strange? Nope. Mitch McConnell? Nope. Paul Ryan? Nope.
Then who is responsible for sealing the election for a democrat with the choice of Sessions to be attorney general? Oh yeah. The Donald. Using Limbaugh logic, the blame falls on Trump for last nights defeat for selecting Sessions as Att'y General.
Shelby needs to die in a grease fire.

LOL Damn that sounds painful. Take McConnell with him.
Everybody thought Sen. Sessions was going to make a great addition to the Cabinet with his AG experience and great career.
Mr. Trump likes to keep a lot of balls in the air, a lot of deals in the works so if one goes south its never the end of the world he just moves on.
Shelby needs to die in a grease fire.

LOL. From what I read on twitter today McConnell is busy filling the spending bill with garbage (including Obamacare insurer subsidy) and the House is caving. What a FUBAR.
Every business guru says a bad hire reflects on the person who did the hiring.
I had planned on being crabby today, but I keep getting squirted with lemonade in the eyes with the lemon we were served last night.
Lotsa silver linings in that trainwreck.
Well that’s just BS. Alabama is (was) among the reddest of red states, anyone - and I mean even Steve Wonder - would have said that a Republican replacement for Sessions was a given.
What we got is another lousy candidate, a strictly conservative ideologue with virtually no personality who conservatives love and no one else can stand (think “Ted Cruz”). We know how that movie ends, just look at the vast number of disappointments from the “tea party surge” who have done nothing except mostly, leave.
Big Luther would have kept the seat, as Trump knew. But you get what you got because of a lousy candidate who creeped everyone out and couldn’t even be bothered to campaign the final weekend, not because of Jeff Sessions.
How many tens of millions of dollars did McTurtle's crowd spend trying to railroad him?
How many establishment Republicans played turncoats and stabbed Moore in the back?
How man liberals and the media talking heads unfairly referred to Moore as a child molester and a pedophile?
How many of these "children" making allegations against Moore will now slipped back into obscurity, after their damaging 15 minutes of fame?
This was a very expensive operation to keep Moore from going to the Senate.
If not for his own party screwing him over, he would have won.
But such is life.
Voice of reason
I didn't blame Jeff Sessions. But a choice was made to sacrifice the seat and make Sessions AG. On election day anyone could count Senate seats and realize that the Republican majority was slim at least up through the 2018 election. It would have made some sense to keep Sessions in the Senate.
And that decision is a gift that is giving and giving and giving.
