I like it. The deep state will try to illegally do whatever it wants unless the know someone is watching and they might go to jail for illegal actions. Look at weaponized IRS, fake emails to avoid EPA and other agencies to avoid FOIA requests, The FBI/NSA/FISA court spying on the Trump campaign and transition team, the way Mueller has hired biased political hacks to his team.

The swamp need to be drained and careers ended.

The Democrats shouldn’t have a problem with this since they’re all in favor of investigations.
The investigators of the investigators should also have subpoena power and the ability to summon grand juries for the purpose of indictments.
