...If an application is denied by one judge of the court, the federal government is not allowed to make the same application to a different judge of the court, but may appeal to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. Also rare is for FISA warrant requests to be turned down. During the 25 years from 1979 to 2004, 18,742 warrants were granted, while only four were rejected. It is maddening to hear, in reference to the DOJ and the FBI’s use of the dossier, the passive phrase “it is wrong” or “it is worse that Watergate.” It is, at the least, an attempt to steal an election, which is treason, and at its worse, an attempted coup against the government and people of the United States.
We will know we are getting closer when the bodies start piling up from mysterious deaths, suicides, botched robberies, hunting accidents, bathtub electrocutions...

We know the FBI had the dossier earlier(July 2016) than the McCain handoff.(December 2016)
We know the dossier was in MSM hands at least by July 2016.
CIA gets involved Aug. 2016.
By this time, how in the name of Randolph Scott does DOJ not know the FBI had it ?
