Whether or not the Steele document was the key document, they did use FISA court to provide legal cover for surveilling Trump.

Obama historically always has the goods on his opponents. He surveilled congressmen, journalists, his political opponents, with or without legal cover. It would be unlike him not to surveil Trump.

Now, since Clinton didn’t win, the agencies that got involved face legal jeopardy for their role in it. Hence the fake investigation. They absolutely must and will indict someone to justify themselves, else they face the possibility of career-ending consequences that could land some of them in jail.

The guilty include career civil servants who worked at the direction of their bosses appointed by Obama. They knew they were engaged in a criminal acts. Drain ever crook out period.

It's been pretty well established that the Obama administration had Trump under surveillance.

With each passing day I'm getting more convinced that the historic upset in the 2016 election was due in large part to an outlandish scenario that crossed my mind back in January when the surveillance stories were first hitting the news: The Trump campaign may have known about the surveillance all along, and used it to deliberately feed false information to the Obama intelligence people overseeing it.
