Just have the female soldiers have fun with the male soldiers and the hookers can stay home plus the taxpayers save money. Problem solved except for all the pregnancies of course and child support payments, etc. etc.

Who’s paying for them? The enemy? What better way to get men distracted than to have orgies and sex romps. What happens when they get home and pass on all kinds of nasty diseases to their wives who may in turn pass it on to their progeny? What kind of idiots run the military in Australia?
There is a reason for the large number of sex workers positioned near every port where military ships dock and near every military base in the world.
This has happened since the beginning of time.

A bad joke might ask the wives which they’d prefer their husbands get comfy with, some hookers or that gay guy in their ranks. LOL
It got me thinking. What did the guys in Iraq have available. Sorry gals, but I just never saw Iraqi women as generally much to look at.
I actually spent a bit of time in Iraq back in the ‘80s and so can speak from personal experience.

yes. I have lived in many military towns, and there are always whores available.
The upside is that if they’re free to the troops, it will likely boost the enlistment and re-enlistment rates.....
I need to expand on my remarks.
While there were a few good looking women in Iraq, as a rule they were very plain, homely, and unappealing.
This was back in the ‘80s and Hussein had beaten up on the clerics pretty hard to where they weren’t a factor. The girls went around dressed Western style and Iraq was one of the few places in the ME where you could date one if that was your choice.
As I told people back then, I’d rather be born a dog in the USofA than a woman in the Middle east.
I think that lady Aussie Captain is probably not getting her share of the action, and is commiserating with the other poor bastards not getting theirs.
