Facebook warned Breitbart News on Friday that the author of a completely factual story concerning the accuser of Alabama Senate candidate Judge Roy Moore needed to consult additional reporting from the liberal fact-checker Politifact.
The story, published on Friday morning, detailed how Beverly Young Nelson, who accused Roy Moore of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager, admitted to adding notes to part of her yearbook, which she claims Moore signed.
This revelation came despite Nelson claiming at her initial press conference alongside her lawyer Gloria Allred, that the entire yearbook document was solely Moores handwriting.
In a message sent to Breitbart Newss Facebook page, the company warned that there was additional reporting from liberal fact-checker Politifact on the issue.

>>How many people become assistant district attorneys the very year they graduate from law school? Im guessing...zero. My dad hired ADAs when he was elected D.A.; they were all experienced attorneys and their work was known to him. I cannot imagine him hiring some kid straight out of law school.
Quite a few, actually. I had a lot of classmates that went straight to the DA’s office in several counties. It is actually rare to go from private practice in criminal defense to the DA’s office. It is almost always the other way around. If your dad hired experienced attorneys, they were most likely from other DA offices.
Not that it has never happened as you suggest, but ton of people have begun their career in the DA’s office.
Wow I hope that does it, or at least cuts into Dorks membership a huge amount.
Contact the “politifact” writer mtobias@tampabay.com. I wonder if she ever took a college course that explained whae the word “sophistry” means.
Need to Tweet this link to them so they will know a conversation about their lies is taking place and that its a conversation they can not stop or control.
“[C]ivil rights action” is only constitutionally relevant if the feds are involved.
Twitter practices censorship all over the world.
Yes Twitter practices extreme censorship.
I wonder if they read your private messages?
Ive pitched a couple of stories to Mike Cernovich and Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit via direct message on Twitter.
Im probably on some kind of subversive conservative watch list now.
Facebook is nothing more than a CIA, Operation Mockingbird, created to manipulate and collected intelligence data on the naive general population
I suggest Facebook’s CEO, Mark Cuckerberg, change his company masthead to FARCE BOOK ... That would be Moore in line with reality.
Ah. Thanks. I’ll file that for future use. It’s been a while since I was in school, and some things are a little dust covered.
If you write anything derogatory about Islam or Muslims, Twitter’s algorithms “shadow ban” your account for 6 days. You can neither post, nor “retweet,” nor “like” anything. It is total censorship. However, the “resist” hemorrhoids are allowed to put up whatever vile insanity they choose - and nothing is done against them or their posts.
Never heard of, nor seen, a yearbook that included the Freshman” class. It’s always been Juniors, Seniors and Faculty.
“To a more beautiful girl I could not say, Merry Christmas! Ray.
While it isn’t altogether clear whether the signature says Roy or Ray, the awkward sentence structure best could be explained by it being a clumsy rhyme, which would lead one to believe that it was signed by a Ray (which rhymes with “say”) and not by a Roy. I think that this is why whoever forged this added not just “Moore,” but also “DA” at the end; the intent was to make the signature rhyme with the dedication. This is a tell-tale sign of a forgery, since not only are there no contemporaneous examples (at least that I have seen reported) of Moore adding “DA” to his signature, and Moore wasn’t even the D.A. in December 1977 (he was the Assistant District Attorney), but the handwriting expert that Allred was claiming had vouched for the signature not being a forgery now is admitting that the “DA” does not match the handwriting of the first part of the message.
As for who “Ray” was, I would be surprised if a classmate would write something as dorky as that rhyme (plus why would a classmate wait until late December to sign it?); looks to me more like something that an older family friend would write when visiting their home during Christmas.
Procon, it was the very same story, although last night I put up a different Breitbart column as the one I was "warned" about. I double-checked the notification, and it was this story Farcebook was talking about.
Lying Leftist schools, especially law schools won’t teach you the actual Constitution as written and originally understood and intended. We’re on our own. But we’re not without help.
We have the Declaration of Independence which contains important presumptions of the Constitution. We also understand the structure of the Constitution which balances and separate the three branches of the feds, the Legislative Branch (Congress), Executive Branch (POTUS), and the very limited role of the Judicial Branch (SCOTUS and federal courts). We also have, of course, the text of the Constitution which we should read and, knowing the presumptions and structure, understand.
“James Madison and the Struggle for the Bill of Rights” by Labunski is good resource to explain the first ten amendments which despite the books title are NOT a “bill of rights” (bills of rights are what totalitarian regimes purport to “give” to the people - in America, the people via the Constitution give the government its rights not the other way around) https://www.amazon.com/Madison-Struggle-Pivotal-Moments-American/dp/0195341422.
Another good and important resource is Judge Bork’s, masterpiece, “The Tempting Of America” which surveys where the Left has perverted a number of key areas of the Constitution. These Leftist perversions have deliberately and directly lead to the 80% unconstitutional portion of the feds which must be dismantled. https://www.amazon.com/Tempting-America-Robert-H-Bork/dp/0684843374
The “DA” is the initials of Moore’s then legal secretary. The signature is a facsimile that she would attach to his legal documents.
Such was the instance involving the case of one of Moore’s accusers, in which he represented the accuser’s mother in a custody battle for a grandchild. The court found in favor of the mother, who was then awarded custody of her grandchild. There’s your motive.
I actually attended high school when not only was American history taught, but we also were tested on our knowledge of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. And I have a copy of both which I refer to when the time calls for it.
Like I said: It’s been a long time since I was in high school, and I admit, I didn’t always understand what I studied.
However, I have written down the names of the books you have suggested, and stuck the paper into the booklet (Heritage Foundation) of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, and as soon as my wallet shows an increase, I will get them both.
I thank you very much!
Perhaps we should suggest she invest in an older edition of Webster’s Dictionary, in case the Leftists have done a lot of “damage control” in the current edition.
I’m glad you were give some instruction early on about the Constitution. I don’t think government schools do that anymore.
FYI, I’m preparing to teach a class on how the average Joe can understand HIS Constitution by covering the presumptions, structure, text and Leftist perversions of the Constitution - the same approach as I summarized in my previous post to you.
Your probably having a fair grasp of the presumptions, structure, and the text to read, I would recommend getting Bork’s book and read it (I’ve read and reread it and use it as a reference book). You can get it for $8.45 on Amazon. Well worth it if you want to be part of the fight to restore our Free Constitutional Republic.
God bless.
