Ah. Thanks. I’ll file that for future use. It’s been a while since I was in school, and some things are a little dust covered.
Lying Leftist schools, especially law schools won’t teach you the actual Constitution as written and originally understood and intended. We’re on our own. But we’re not without help.
We have the Declaration of Independence which contains important presumptions of the Constitution. We also understand the structure of the Constitution which balances and separate the three branches of the feds, the Legislative Branch (Congress), Executive Branch (POTUS), and the very limited role of the Judicial Branch (SCOTUS and federal courts). We also have, of course, the text of the Constitution which we should read and, knowing the presumptions and structure, understand.
“James Madison and the Struggle for the Bill of Rights” by Labunski is good resource to explain the first ten amendments which despite the books title are NOT a “bill of rights” (bills of rights are what totalitarian regimes purport to “give” to the people - in America, the people via the Constitution give the government its rights not the other way around) https://www.amazon.com/Madison-Struggle-Pivotal-Moments-American/dp/0195341422.
Another good and important resource is Judge Bork’s, masterpiece, “The Tempting Of America” which surveys where the Left has perverted a number of key areas of the Constitution. These Leftist perversions have deliberately and directly lead to the 80% unconstitutional portion of the feds which must be dismantled. https://www.amazon.com/Tempting-America-Robert-H-Bork/dp/0684843374
