Hezbollah is a very different type of organization. They make much more of an effort to maintain legitimacy with the outside world, which is why their political arm is actually formally recognized by many European countries.

Their silence on this may be a serious indication of just how this whole thing is being received behind the scenes among a lot of these Arab governments.
