If you spent Election Night last November in utter disbelief and concluded that Donald Trump was a clown who stumbled into a lucky win, you missed one of the most important perceptual shifts in human history.

Adams has made a political statement that has affected his career and personal life. He won't get the praise that Colin Kaepernick has received for taking similar actions. Anyhow Dilbert is funny while Doonesbury has sucked for years.

It’s not so much that Adams _backs_ Trump (as Adams is kinda liberal), it’s that Adams _respects_ Trump for being a “master persuader” who is actually getting good things done.

Just as much as Trump was the complete political outsider, Scott Adams was the complete political pundit outsider. This cartoonist saw exactly what was going on when all the “professionals” saw nothing. Looking forward to his 2020 observations.

You werent the only one. There are many of us that embraced President Trump at the very beginning. We knew the truth about the issues and Trump knew the truth and spoke it like a real American. Thats how we recognized him. His missteps? We loved him for them.
Racist? No. It is time blacks stepped away from identity politics, stand with Americans, and let go of their own prejudice. There comes a time you just have to get past the fear and simply take your place.

People, he writes, are generally more influenced by visual persuasion, emotion, repetition, and simplicity than they are by details and facts.Hence the success of the Media.

book is really good. Adam’s has captured how this election went down. I’d recommend it to every trump fan who knows what happened and want’s more detail and insight and to every crybaby snowflake so maybe they can learn something.

the most powerful persuader he has ever observed atop a list that includes Steve Jobs, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, author Peggy Noonan and
Madonna?
Peggy Noonan? The treacle merchant of the Potomac? The solid conservative whose views are as entrenched as a weather vane? Lordy, Scott. Lordy, lordy. I see no \evidence that Noonan could persuade a hog to root.

...Adams is kinda liberal... Still, he worked for many years at Pacific Bell in the last Republican holdout district in the Bay Area, so he's seen the slide from conservative to liberal in his own backyard.
