I highly recommend that ABC be sued by flynn for slander and lible in the 100s of millions!!!!Although the Market was pretty much unaffected from the opening to the close, I would think ABC would be liable to a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of anyone who happened to put a 'sell' order in at the time Ross dropped his turd on the Market. His comment would have needlessly cost them a chunk of cash (and emotional distress).
