I highly recommend that ABC be sued by flynn for slander and lible in the 100s of millions!!!!

Although the Market was pretty much unaffected from the opening to the close, I would think ABC would be liable to a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of anyone who happened to put a 'sell' order in at the time Ross dropped his turd on the Market. His comment would have needlessly cost them a chunk of cash (and emotional distress).

That ias a serious proposal. I understand a class of investors was dammaged. The market fell on a lie inflicted with intent and Billions may have been lost depending on timing. I assure you that a class is being assembled as we speak.

I think the bigger problem is all of the people who had their stop loss orders triggered because of that big spike down. Now somebody else owns their stock because of the big lie.
