So is this more about what was to be written on the cake rather then having to make them a cake?

Yes. I just finished reading the oral arguments. Whew..
The baker sold any cake, cupcake or cookies on the shelf to anyone. The question was in making a custom cake with a message on it with which he disagrees because of his religious beliefs.

I am hopeful after reading the back and forth. One Justice asked if a Catholic Legal Services Clinic could then be compelled to defend a same sex couple.
Another asked if a cake could be compelled for a KKK celebration.

Praying our religious liberties are upheld.
