Mueller Removed Top F.B.I. Agent Over Possible Anti-Trump Texts

WASHINGTON — The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, removed a top F.B.I. agent from his investigation into Russian election meddling after the Justice Department’s inspector general began examining whether the agent had sent text messages that expressed anti-Trump political views, according to three people briefed on the matter.

The agent, Peter Strzok, is considered one of the most experienced and trusted F.B.I. counterintelligence investigators. He helped lead the investigation into whether Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information on her private email account, and then played a major role in the investigation into links between President Trump’s campaign and Russia.

Reading that article without reasonable links and what sounds more like a good story than actual research was a waste of five minutes of my life.

This is not a rerun. It is new information about the demotion. The Washington Post has a better version also published today. Who knows the motivations, but the details of the stories give President Trump proof of a biased investigation.

Mueller is dirty from the get-go. He has a conflict because of his friendship with Comey. If he had any integrity he would have not taken this job. He’s no friend of Trump, period.

Perhaps Kristinn, but when he was banished to Paper Shuffler Central it would not have been a rogue Trump-supporting agent (and Skeezix had anti-Trump background on the web, the chans had the scoop), it was patently obvious it was cya for Mueller.

But instead of Mueller being punished by Trump, as he should have been for having one of his Democrat agents go rogue, the MSM spins it 180 the other way.

Furthermore, the allegations are that Skeezix and another agent exchanged prejudicial text messages regarding the debates last year, so Mueller knew, or should have known, that one of his Democrats was a wise-ass. And in fact all those Democrat donors masquerading as agents are probably wise-asses, and many if not all have similar social media/text/email evidence of their anti-Trump prejudice waiting to be uncovered.

That's a trap door already sprung, and will end Mueller's invest in disgrace.

Yet the motivation still interests me.

A perusal of the MSM today shows most think Flynn’s indictment is a huge victory for Mueller and a deathblow to Trump. Absolute rubbish but is a great give away again in the biasness of the MEDIA.

As Andrew McCarthy wrote, if Mueller had the goods on Flynn in a conspiracy with Trump and others he would have had Flynn plea to the conspiracy to establish a case for prosecuting Trump and the others. But he didn’t. He settled for a process charge.

At least that helps explain why Hillibest was allowed to effectively wipe out the evidence of her crimes and then was let go on the presumption ‘she didn’t intend’ to loses classified information. When intent is not part of the law in any other similar case.

I bet the navy sailor who’s now in jail for sharing photos of his office with his kids as well as countless other federal employees who similarly compromised national security far more creditably by accident wish the FBI disregard treated the law the same as they did with the Clinton’s.
