GO TAKE SOME EFFING MEDICINE! There isn’t a tax bill yet. You’re beginning to pi$$ me off with your nutball ranting! SKY PILOT, BS, SKY IS FALLING PILOT!
The House and Senate have both passed their bills. It's all over now but the crying.
The two bills have to go to Conference - or not. There is talk of Ryan simply allowing the passed Senate bill to go to the House floor for a vote as early as next week.
Even if it goes to Conference - there is going to be a bill along the framework that is in both of them - and at this point the bills are very, very similar. Both of them cut the corporate rate and send the tab to the middle class by destroying or capping our deductions.
Sorry you are SO UPSET AND SCREAMING AT ME IN CAPITOL LETTERS!
But both the House and Senate (now passed) bills are pieces of garbage that betrays many of us.
I agree, there is an outline from both houses, this is NOT the tax reform that will hit Trump’s desk. Now the real work begins. Merging both house/senate plans to formulate the actual tax reform legislation.
Man...at this point, anything is better than nothing.
So when someone makes a thoughtful and specific comment about why they do not like the tax bill all you can do is come up with an ad hominem response. Not very persuasive on your part.
Yeah some of the dems on this site won’t be happy with Trump’s tax plan that he will sign into law. Some of them sound like Trumka.

The House and Senate bills are far closer than expected ... thus it appears likely that the final plan won’t be too far way from either the House or Senate plans. Corporate taxes will be lowered, standard deduction almost doubled, estate tax raised and the SALT exemption is gone.
Here is the comparison chart I posted on another thread
