If I drop my coffee cup off my condo balcony and kill a bystander...I'll probably get felony manslaughter and plea down to involuntary manslaughter.

This was an illegal alien, with a criminal felony past, illegally carrying a gun, illegally possessing it, and illegally/negligently discharging it...killing an innocent person. Ricochet or not, he should have got AT LEAST manslaughter if not 2nd degree murder. This is a disgrace!

This is San Francisco which is in California. As an Illegal Alien he can do no wrong. Any charge against an Illegal Alien is ipso facto racism and xenophobia.
