It hardly matters. No way that seat gets picked up by the GOP. Even when you consider how far Detroit has fallen since Conyers was first elected, it stays in Dem hands.

This gerrymandered district is so safe that I don’t want you to get your hopes up. The person that replaces him will probably be just as bad. If the name Sam Riddle comes up run for the hills.
