I have a serious question. The WaPo says this encounter with Corfman occurred in 1979. But I went to Classmates.com and found that she was in the class of 1979 (invited to the 30-year reunion), which would make her at least 17, perhaps 18, in 1979.
Has this been dealt with?

I don’t think it has been dealt with Chaguito. That is an excellent catch, and an example of why this site’s posters will always grind trolls into paste by the end of the day.
“I went to Classmates.com and found that she was in the class of 1979”
Do you know the name and address of the high school she graduated from?
Great info. Thanks for posting.

I found her in the class of 1982.

Yes.
I did the same thing. What I found is that the entry for Corfman in 1979 is a null link. She is also listed twice for the 1982 class reunion. The second of those entries is a live link to a page for her, with pictures.
From that, I concluded that the 1982 entry was the correct one.

I checked out Classmates.com too. She was a ‘79 grad. She also said she was 15 when she worked at the restaurant. Alabama law was working age was 16. Many other holes in her story.
This women is a nut case and it appears now a big chunk of Alabama knows it.
