Emily Lindin, described as a documentary filmmaker, author and Teen Vogue columnist on her Twitter page, thought she'd share her "unpopular opinion" this week on the flurry of sexual assault allegations against men in Hollywood, Capitol Hill, and wherever else power can be found.
Here's an unpopular opinion: I'm actually not at all concerned about innocent men losing their jobs over false sexual assault/harassment allegations. Emily Lindin (@EmilyLindin) November 21, 2017
The unpopular thread just got worse.
Sorry. If some innocent men's reputations have to take a hit in the process of undoing the patriarchy, that is a price I am absolutely willing to pay. Emily Lindin (@EmilyLindin) November 21, 2017
As you can imagine, Emily didn't find many people to agree with her, including the Townhall editors.

As a daughter and a sister, I find this absolutely revolting https://twitter.com/emilylindin/status/933073784822579200 10:41 PM - Nov 21, 2017

Some opinions are unpopular because they're terrible https://twitter.com/emilylindin/status/933073784822579200 5:32 AM - Nov 22, 2017
CNN's Jake Tapper had the best take though.
Jake Tapper @jaketapper
Im guessing you didnt get a good grade for your 7th grade book report on To Kill A Mockingbird. https://twitter.com/emilylindin/status/933073784822579200 1:33 AM - Nov 22, 2017
"To Kill a Mockingbird," you academics will recall, centers around a court case in Maycomb, Alabama in which a black man, Tom Robinson, is falsely accused of raping a white woman. Despite a gut-wrenching, emotional oral argument by defense attorney Atticus Finch, the jury concludes his client is guilty. The Pulitzer Prize-winning novel continues to strike a chord with readers for its ability to capture how injustice can sometimes tragically triumph over truth.
Tapper is right. Lindin should give it a reread. To champion false accusations undermines accusers who have truly been victimized.
Or, what he said.

You are the reason people doubt those who report rape or assault. Knowing people like you are willing to sell a narrative at the expense of other's lives makes us question everything.
As a survivor you make it harder for me to stop actual abuses and prevent further victims. https://twitter.com/EmilyLindin/status/933074980627030016
Femenazi on a witchhunt unapologetic over non-witches that are lynched or burned alive.
Oy - well, idiots got to idiot.
Sorry. If some innocent men’s reputations have to take a hit in the process of undoing the patriarchy, that is a price I am absolutely willing to pay. Emily Lindin
What price precisely could this little c$nt pay?
Same old mantra; it’s not about truth or justice, but about WINNING !
Who's paying the price?? The liberal mind runs on logical inconsistencies.
I want every woman or man who makes false crime allegations to be locked up under felony charges as well as slander/libel and defamation of character.
Using and playign the legal system as a weapon against others ought to be a serious felony. The legal system itself should care this much but we all know why it does not.
Women never care as long as they are not the ones paying the price. Of anything.
I heard the Emily Lindin molested a 6 year old girl.
Just saying...
She sounds like an angry spoiled child, which she is.
We will know if it is McCain. He will be sporting 2 slings and an eye patch.
How is she willing to pay a price? Only innocent men would be paying a price.
They should include Emmett till too.
Sorry. If some innocent men’s reputations have to take a hit in the process of undoing the patriarchy, “””that is a price I am absolutely willing to pay.””” Emily Lindin
How brave, since Actually you are not the one paying the price....
i have my own money i want to spend yours
Well, she hasn’t denied it...
Wait, wait, wait ... I thought that we were supposed to “believe the victim”, and that “women never lie about that”.
Now the line seems to be: “Well, okay; some women do lie about that sort of stuff — but, so what? We have bigger fish to fry.”
Raps isnt funny. Please dont take this personally because Im not attacking you. What these horrible women have done is make harder for the real victims.
