81 year old John McCain (R-AZ) has had a string of unfortuate heath issues this year. In mid-july, the Arizona Senator underwent brain surgery for aggressive cancer – returning to Washington D.C. five days later to cast his vote against the healthcare bill.
Then, at the beginning of November McCain was treated for a tear to his achilles tendon at Walter Reed medical center – emerging on November 6th in a walking boot on his right leg:

While completely illegal, I have wondered what would happen if someone bought one of those illegal portable Chinese GPS jammers from ebay and turned it on near HRC or McCain for about an hour.
Would the loss of the GPS signal cause an alarm to go off?

I believe the courts allow for those with leg or ankle injuries to have boots that incorporate the device. Perhaps someone who knows can chime in.

Given this woman's strong penchant for lying with almost every utterance that leaves her mouth, I don't believe a word of it.
You say Hillary's boot has been on 6 weeks now? For a broken toe? I broke my great toe when I was, albeit, younger than Hillary. But no boot, no cast, nothing but some tape to tape it to the toe next to it. It healed up and I was back to full speed within a couple of weeks or so.
I don't think anything happen to this woman's toe at all. It's all a ruse to make people feel sorry for her. Sympathy is what she wants after losing, not her toe, but her ass to Donald Trump a year ago.
This woman has no shame. Same goes for McLame.

It is strange that Hillary and John’s boots are identical. I’m pretty certain that there are a wide selection of different boots available and each doctor has their own recommendation.
I mean, I’m not saying it’s aliens, but...

That pretty much sums up McCain’s attitude toward Trump. The evil in his heart is rotting him from the inside out, not withstanding the brain tumor.
