If his constituents don’t care, then why should anyone else? His WIFE was put in jail for taking bribes while on the Detroit City Council, and his constituents didn't care then, either.

And I suppose if the bank depositors don’t complain about the bank robbery then it is ok. Regardless of what fund the settlement came out of, he should have to declare it as income and pay income tax, interest, penalties, FICA and Medicare tax on the money. I had to declare as income the cost oa parking space provided as a perk.
