I don’t think people see it as criminal.

Not speaking for everyone, but I think it showed a complete lack of judgement and awareness. If he took the photo from the other direction we would not have this conversation.

And 65 is pretty much the cut off point for blaming naivety of how the whole internet thing works.

He sure didn't show good judgement. Maybe that's a good enough reason to kick him to the curb. I'm still thinking it over.
