"Tainted" Judge Thomas? That was so totally bogus, and all it proved is that guys say stupid stuff sometimes. (who knew??) Was that before or after Judge Bork was Borked?
What it's all about, just as it was when Republicans were doing everything in their power to marginalize conservative candidates, is that establishment Republicans would rather be an ineffective minority than to have a Constitutional, conservative government in which States and individuals have the rights guaranteed to them.
