Nor has he ‘splained the Constitutionality of same.
If we had an opposition party DACA would have been dead in its tracks in 2012.
And it can work in that way just fine but without the corruption when required to be implemented only after a jury trial.
The Senate and House will probably do something on DACA before tax cuts and obamacare repeal are done. Its the difference between Trumps America first and Congresses Americans Last. And yeah Sessions still sucks and is a backstabbing loser

this is zesty, vegan pablum offered up to red meat-desiring conservatives and deplorables who want sessions to do the right thing related to bringing Hilliary and Obama to justice.
sessions will do anything, except the most important thing he could do: which would be to stop mueller’s charade of investigating Pres. Trump’s supposed collusion with the Russians, rather than going after hilliary for her crimes against the United States of America and the faux charity known as the Clinton Foundation.
not that what sessions has done here isn’t a good thing, but he is trying to buy off his vocal critics with something less important than exonerating Trump, and hiring a special prosecutor to go after hilliary.
