I was thinking the *exact* same thing yesterday ... I then started to think I was crazy, but it would be an awesome strategy (so long as Moore is in on it) :-).

Maybe I dont get the big deal. I mean, so far, we have allegations. We cant prove them at this time, and they are questionable at best. We should allow the election to go on as schedule. If anything comes up afterwards, then you can impeach or remove him. I dont see what the big deal is.

They assume too much if that’s the case. If the Rs have a decent candidate to run in Minnesota, the Dems are at risk of losing that seat. Trump only lost that state by 1.5%. They’d have to hold a special election next year if Franken resigns.

Minnesota should be at a higher risk of flipping from the Dems perspective since a new candidates would have to spend some appreciable time distancing themselves from Franken as well as not go too heavy attacking Trump.

Finally, the DNC is *BROKE* ... they can’t yet another competitive seat in 2018.

I’ll bet Franken stays.

The nail in her coffin was the “D.A.” after Moore’s alleged signature. That only appeared on official documents when his assistant, Deborah Adams, initialed beside his name. No way did she do that in a restaurant for a yearbook signing. Nelson didn’t know that when she copied his signature from her divorce decree. I hope Moore sues her and that she is also brought up on fraud charges.
