I’m sorry the pain you went through as a child has blinded you to the meaning and intent of my very reasonable comment and has left you with nothing but a bitter insult.
Please. Continue on with your therapy. I hope you someday find the help you need. In the meantime - avoid embarrassing yourself as you did.
I've gotten my therapy - it's called God in my life and I don't need your condescension, and I certainly don't believe that I've embarrassed myself.
That's just mean.

People like her and I carry scars unimaginable to those not so unlucky in life.
Verbose as I am, I could not even begin to explain *all* of the issues/damage/ramifications of sexual abuse.
It is very much like murder, except that the victims are left still breathing.
You carry it with you for the rest of your life, even if manage some semblance of a ‘normal life’.
And I would like to mention B.A.C.A. [Bikers Against Child Abuse] who give of their own time and money to befriend and ‘guard’ abused kids.
They go to court with them to give them the courage and support to testify, and even surround their houses at night, staying ‘on watch’, to let the kids sleep peacefully again.
They’re on call, 24/7/365.
They are angels, all of them.
