It would certainly remove a lot of pressure from the turtle. Having to pretend he’s a republican must be exhausting. McConnell and his ilk are Republicans, they are not conservative. The Republican Party has not been conservative for decades. We are trying to take it back and they are now telling us where our place is.
If we let them win our Representative Republic is officially done.
