Live on Hannity.
Turned FOX off. They are so anti Trump, Bannon, Moore and conservatives.
The conference told us a lot, and put the emphasis on Alred the liar, but of course the FOX crew can;t grasp that little part.
The FUVE SUCKS!!! That Gillian is a Leftists Statist and Dana is a RINO....I sPC and thought it was fairly powerful!aw the
“Lawyer says want the original yearbook inspected through neutral party.”
I heard that. I thought Wictor already analyzed the yearbook entry from the picture Gloria Allred released to the internet? /s
I think Hannity knew this presser would be today which was why he gave it a 24 warning.
And the DIVORCE thing with the accuser is VERY interesting!
Campaign Chairman introduced the campaign attorney, has been with Moore for many years...
- general statement that they are working on refuting a lot of the claims that have been made, process takes time to do right, they don't have a giant warchest available, bear with them... they will provide some points today...
- demanding that the yearbook be released to (neutral) custodian so that their handwriting expert can analyze
- Moore denies signing the yearbook
- pointing out some of the already discussed inconsistencies (e.e., ink color, letter style, signature elements, etc.
- the yearbook woman claims that he she never was in contact with Moore after the alleged assault... not true: Moore was the judge presiding over one of her divorces!!
- also, Moore says: that he never signed anything with "D.A." after it because he was never a DA...
But... now this is damning....
When he was the circuit court judge that presided over her divorce..... his assistant had the initials "D. A." (they gave the name) and all of the court documents were stamped: "Roy Moore D.A."
- then it sounded like they handed out samples of his signatures, etc. to the assembled media...
- didn't take any questions that I saw
Yes they did.
They hypocrisy is astounding.
A forensic expert can use a microscope to check the quality of the ink and tell if it was written with two different pens...
Also they can tell how long ago each was signed due to degradation of the chemicals, and a mass spectrometer of the ink can tell you the makeup of the ink if both parts don;t match someone is commit fraud and it aint Roy...
they are all awful.... I bunch of frauds trotting out their masters’ talking point each day....
Holy crap!
Let’s get rid of Mitch The Turtle with that doozy!
What exactly? I’m repeating what the lawyers said. It should be east to prove if he had assistant at that time with initials d.a.
Turn on Hannity. Discussing it now.
Oh my.
My prediction is Alred will not turn it over for testing, proving this
entire on Moore has been a very nasty dirty trick.
Then Moore should file a Civil Suit if he is certain he did know this woman or was involved with her. Forgery is a crime by the way.
appears someone might have copied Moore signature onto yearbook page, appending the “D A” thinking it meant District Att’y (although he was then ADA),not knowing it was his assistant’s initials which were added when his signature was stamped on an official doc. a yearbook is not an official doc, now is it.
There is a LOT Of ‘significance’ going on here!
The big news is a double whammy:
1. Nelson claimed that after the ‘encounter’ at the restaurant, she NEVER had contact with Roy Moore again. Roy Moore was the judge before which Nelson’s divorce case was heard so there WAS contact - she lied.
2. Roy Moore’s signature was often stamped & his assistant always signed his initials after a stamped signature. The assistant’s initials were “D.A.” (Delbert something - I missed totally catching the last name). This is how Moore’s name appeared on Nelson’s divorce papers. A little odd that the signature in the yearbook includes the “D.A.” Moore was never a D.A., but an A.D.A. He was a circuit judge at the time of Nelson’s divorce. I think whoever tried to tie Moore to Nelson & the restaurant where she worked using the yearbook screwed up - used the signature on the divorce papers as the model for the yearbook entry. The D.A. addition to the signature is damning, IMO.
Perhaps they see the “writing on the wall?”
