Not sure of that but Allred wants Moore and the lady to testify under oath. Under oath for what? a claim that Moore groped her 40 years ago?
She should take one but not sure why Moore would have to take one. I think we have ventured far into the absurd when politicians are required to take lie detector tests about their activities when they were single. What other politician is being asked to do that? This whole thing is a crock.
