Not sure about Mary’s age. The question is this — WHAT IS ALABAMA’s law?

You could get married at 14 with parental consent. 16 without.
The woman who says he dated her when she was 14, said in the Washington Post article that no sex occurred. Therefore, Alabama's consent laws are irrelevant, since he could not have violated them even if the accuser's testimony is true.
All he is accused of is "dating" younger women, as in going out with them. None of them, as far as I recall, mentioned anything about having sex with him.
