When I think about our citizens held hostage abroad, without hope of rescue.

When I think about Michael Fay, the subject of international attention in 1994 when he was sentenced to six strokes of the cane in Singapore for theft and vandalism at age 18.

I just have ZERO sympathy for these bums in China. They deserve a fair trial and sentencing commensurate with the crime they committed and no different than any Chinese citizen would expect.

Any Chinese citizen would be punished based on their wealth and connections. People are not exactly treated equally before the law over there. Much like here.
