They won't be limiting themselves - our love for our children will be used against us.
If this war ever comes about it will be on a scale of our last civil war but it will be fought by people (on both sides) far less "civilized" than those that made up our society back then.

Don’t think neutron enhanced weapons wouldn’t be used against troublesome groups in the name of “shortening the conflict to save the most lives”....we used that rationale before-—on Japan! I agree with your assessment. They really will be out to get us!
