I have no idea why he did not do well, as I stated in post to which you replied, I, like many, am conflicted.
However, I am somewhat surprised that as a former lawyer and judge, Moore did not do better. I had to do a disposition once for a family member~the depositon lasted over 3 hours. Prior to deposition, lawyer gave me a DVD on how to prepare for deposition. DVD said over and over, answer the question asked, provide simple honest accurate answers, don’t add to your answer or answer something not asked, etc. Not a long DVD...maybe 30-45 minutes.
Moore did not follow these guidelines.
If my lawyer had a DVD on the subject and “prepped” me, I would think it is rather common place information, and I would think Moore might have actually advised others when preparing cases—and watched it play out in courtroom, etc.
