An alarming discovery coming out of City Schools. Project Baltimore analyzed 2017 state testing data and found one-third of High Schools in Baltimore, last year, had zero students proficient in math.

They won’t and they don’t. The proof is in the illegitimacy rate, drop out rate, unemployment rate. This has been trending for decades. The ghetto is still the ghetto. The worse problem is the disease has been transmitted to the suburbs
What’s important is that they become proficient at voting for Democrats and blaming others for their problems. No math needed.

You cannot tell me that black children cannot be proficient in math. I have worked with black children, and know better.
Math is not being taught in these schools in a manner which leads to proficiency. And, probably, there is not enough home support.
It certainly is NOT that they can’t become proficient in math.

Diploma’s are a State document. Sadly not all states consider falsifying state documents a felony.
Welfare checks?! They haven’t had those in years. Nowadays the takers are issued cards indistinguishable from credit cards. I regularly stand in line behind them at the market. Many of them have three or four food stamp cards in their wallet and offer one after another to the clerk until their goodies are paid for. I suspect we’ve reached a tipping point . . .
Agreed. I wonder how many of the kids’ teachers could pass that same proficiency exam?
If Marcus on corner A has red pills for $5.00 and Demetrius has yellow pills on corner B for $2.50 but Marcus’s pills give you a better high which one is going to do a drive by on the other?
Everything if fine since they did away with the Confederate memorials.
