Former Democratic National Committee (DNC) interim chair Donna Brazile levied sexism allegations against top male staffers on the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign in a newly obtained excerpt of her upcoming book, in which she claims to have responded to their behavior by challenging the men to expose their genitals.
“Gentlemen, let’s just put our dicks out on the table and see who’s got the bigger one, because I know mine is bigger than all of yours,” Brazile writes in the sixth chapter of her tell all book “Hacks,” obtained by the Huffington Post.

Sexual harassment for sure, but would the men she was speaking or the Dims in think that charge was right, for them? No; because they are hypocrites and when they conduct sexual harassment “in house” they can get away with it.
Just measure their hands. I think Marjanovic had the biggest hands in the NBA - larger than Wilt’s.

Yep, this is the smear campaign aimed at destroying her credibility. Take a figure of speech out of context and make it sound like sexual harassment. It fits in with recent news which is a well-worn Clinton tactic.

And all Trump said was that women would let you grab their privates theoretically. Dems can ask to see your privates laid out on the table and that’s ok.
Only a woman can sexually harass men and then claim the men were sexually harassing her.

Danna Brazille wrote it herself in her upcoming book. It was in the Daily Caller. The Daily Caller is does not smear people for Clinton. This is Donna Brazile’s direct quote:

I know she wrote that. It’s a figure of speech. IOWs not meant literally.
Too bad Mooch wasn’t in on it, she’d have easily walked away first place.
Jerry Sanders, ex CEO of AMD said something similar in an Executive Staff meeting.
Probably got the same strange look.
