Chelsea Handler Blames ‘Republicans’ for Texas Church Shooting

Former Netflix talk show host Chelsea Handler took to social media Sunday to blame Republicans for the deadly shooting at a Sutherland Springs, Texas, church that claimed the lives of at least 24 people.

The 42-year-old Chelsea host was among several celebrities to tweet about the attack as information was still being gathered, including the number of dead and the identity of the gunman.

“Innocent people go to church on Sunday to honor their God, and while doing so, get shot in killed[sic],” Handler tweeted. “What country? America. Why? Republicans.”

Initial reports about the shooting at the Texas church placed the number of victims at 27, with more than 30 others wounded. Police were on the scene of the incident Sunday afternoon and were working to identify the gunman, who was reportedly killed after a brief car chase, although initial reports had not established whether the gunman had been shot by police or had taken his own life.

Do you know how that spotless arbiter of right and wrong, Chelsea Handler, who recently pontificated about the Weinstein affair, got her job on E? It's hard to say, but it may have been the casting couch..

Handler and (Ted) Harbert began dating in 2006, the same year her first E! series, The Chelsea Handler Show, premiered. They moved in together months later, while he was serving as CEO of Comcast Entertainment Group, overseeing E! and other cable channels. Cheslea Lately debuted in 2007.

There are also pictures all over the Internet of Chelsea and Harvey together, smiling.

She waltzes around, beyond reproach, while others are asking "could I have done something?" when this Weinstein thing exploded. I have no idea how she looks herself in the mirror.

...and now she's screeching for gun control, shilling for the master race, on the graves of children? She disgusts me.

Yes, I know....I don't have evidence and correlation doesn't imply causality. But before anyone listens to Ms Handler, I'd like to hear her story about how she never know what was going on in Weinsteinwood.
