Why are you people giving me crap. THE CARRY LAWS FOR ALL STATES ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE. MOST STATES MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO CARRY IN CHURCH. I THINK THAT IS WRONG. MY COMMENT IS, LET US DEFEND OURSELVES.

A dear friend goes to synagogue and tells me there are quite a few armed worshipers. The reason is obvious.

Apparently most states do not make it illegal to carry in church, at least not according to the first site that popped up when I checked. I would check further but I’m at work :)

Someone else can check :)

According to concealedcarry.com, concealed carry is banned in only two states, Nebraska and Louisiana. It requires permission from a church leader in seven states, Arkansas, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, and South Carolina. In the other 41 states, you have the right to conceal carry in church just as you do in other private property.

The church may ban the practice, just as you may in your own home. But there is no law to prevent you from exercising the Second Amendment in church.
