I agree 100 percent with you. In my mind, replacing judges is the top job for the President. It will last much longer then the President and we have such a horrible judiciary that I think a complete replacement is needed. Look at how judges alone can disrupt Trump’s agenda.....they are ruling America. We need to replace these judges. God forbid we get another Democrat as a President....we will....we need judges to stop that person’s walk to socialism or worse.

80 of the empty seats are positions the ,Mc,Connell kept Obama from filling. The reason the demo rats are being obstructionist is because Mac wouldn’t let them fill those seats. As much as I don’t appreciate him, he kept the SCOTUS seat open as well as these 80 other judicial seats.

We need to replace these judges.

You are right, but we also need to lean on Congress to rein in the out-of-control judiciary. Congress has the tools, but so far, won't use them.

Congress can restrict what kinds of cases the federal courts can hear.

Congress can remove judges who do not observe "good behavior."

Congress can restrict funding for the courts.

Congress can consolidate or abolish the inferior courts (those below the Supreme Court).
