A group of feminist professors will publish a new anthology in November extolling the merits of the emerging field of queer feminist science.
The anthology, Queer Feminist Science: A Reader, will be released on November 16, and is edited by a team of Womens Studies professors including New York Universitys Cyd Cipolla, Wake Forest Universitys Kristina Gupta, South Florida Universitys David A. Rubin, and Mount Holyoke Colleges Angela Willey, who specifically teaches feminist science.

Yes, this nonsense has created a dual economy where companies have to hire competent employees as well as an array of “preferred minorities”/victims just to keep lawyers at bay. Like the Quartering Act that required colonists to provide room & board for British troops, American companies have to “quarter” useless tokens...
There are in the real disciplines. You know, the ones where a degree in that discipline will actually get you a real job. Too many of the pseudo-sciences take on an attitude of victim-hood so that their ideas cannot be criticized without a counter-charge against the critic of being an oppressor.
Lots of interconnected parts to this problem but a big one is the academic world's obsession with diversity. It creates a group of people on campus who are marginally qualified (at best) but who have a degree of protection because the university needs its poster children and to keep its numbers in line with the quota needed. These diversity positions seem to really attract the activists. They get financial security, a platform, and protection from criticism for their foolishness.
Queer Feminist Science? A science course to explain the psychological problems of queer females? It’s not a science to explain the biology of queer females, since they have the same physical characteristics as all other human females. If this new science explains the psychological problems of queer females, it will certainly be a positive addition to the study of psychology.
Actually, you would be horrified to find out how many end up in HR, deciding the futures of far better qualified employees.
Nazi Germany was mocked for creating the categories of Jewish Science and Aryan Science. So what is to be said for Feminist Science ?
