Of little value to the world, or its adherents.
From my studies of Republcan Party history I would say the orthodox position on trade would be staunch protectionism. The global push for de industrialization of the USA through offshoring and global labor arbitrage started in earnest in the 1980's. So given that I would call the NWO global free traders neocons.
