Robert Mueller's well-timed indictment
American Thinker.com ^ | October 29, 2017 | Martin Marus

Special Counsel Robert Mueller plans to indict someone this week, we are told. Nobody knows whom or for what, but I know why. People suspect that a Trump ally will be indicted for something vaguely related to colluding with the Russian Government. We do not know any more details than that because we just cannot find any crime there. So why is there such a hurry to indict a Republican now?

The key is that the indictment comes in late October. Right before a November election. There is pattern of October indictments against Republicans.

A previous indictment that came at this time of year was against Sheriff Joe Arpaio. On October 25, 2016, Arpaio was indicted for contempt of court. On November 8, 2016, he lost his re-election bid. In 2017, he was denied the right to a jury trial, convicted, then pardoned by President Trump.

What boggles the mind is simply that Mueller is supposedly an honest law man and attorney. One has to wonder how much his ideology interferes with doing a honest job in following the law.

I thought it was timed to coincide with the announcement that Hilary and the DNC actually paid for the GPS dossier. He’s trying to distract from that revelation.

The indictment cannot be tied to any “collusion” and will fall on deaf ears, except for the MSM. By this time next week, the indictment will have disappeared from the news cycle, although I am sure Juan Williams and Sheppard Smith will not sleep tonight for the exciting anticipation, and the Today Show producers are revving up the volume to their doom and gloom electronic intro.

"He didn’t really have a right to a jury trial. He was charged with what is known as a “petty offense” with no exposure to serious punishment . . . "

You'd never know that from listening to the typical coverage on the evening news, where Arpaio's actions were typically described as a threat to the Republic, the Constitution, the American Way, and Western Civilization.

Why hasn’t wimpy Sessions initiated an investigation of Mueller while he was head of the FBI. After all the Russian uranium deal went through on his watch. Sessions has been a disappointment. Its like Barney Fife is in charge of the DOJ

What boggles the mind is simply that Mueller is supposedly an honest law man and attorney.

The operative word here is SUPPOSEDLY. By who's measure is Mueller "honest"? Hitlery? Debbie "Sgt." Wasserman-Schultz?

Your comment is somewhat akin to looking at a 9-months pregnant woman and saying that she is "supposedly" about to give birth.

So they have a grand jury who has approved the charges.

The question is what is the crime? It's not actually a crime to collude with Russia to influence an election. Unless the form of the influence is itself something illegal like hacking, bribery, blackmail, etc.

My guess is the charge will be one of the following:

Ya think? That’s is what the democRATS and the MSM would have us believe. One has to look at his staff off lawyers, most democRATS and big RAT donors. That guy is tied to the hip of Comey and is doing the will of the democRATS.

Mueller should not have been appointed. Mueller should have long since resigned. Mueller should have been fired. There are so many should or should nots concerning Mueller. Trump is doing what he thinks he can, but he has let this Rat agent fester and grow into a mortal threat with a lot of assistance from Sessions who may also be a deep state agent. If the Rats get their way, it will fall to patriotic citizens to right the ship of state and Mueller and his cabal need to spend their days in a supermax.

Re Arapaio, my sheriff: after deep state enemies and a dirty judge spent a LONG time trying to get anything on Sheriff Joe, the dirty judge working with prosecutors finally invented a misdemanor contempt of court charge right before the election.

She had previously issued a court order demanded that Sheriff Joe stop “racial profiling” when in fact all Sheriff Joe was doing was following existing federal immigration law.

The dirty judge chose to make it a misdemeanor because that allowed her to deny Sheriff Joe a jury trial. If she had charged him with a felony a jury trial would have been mandstory and I’m sure Sheriff Joe would have been acquitted.

Gillespie's opponent is a typical forked tongue lying leftist DEMOBRAT. It will interesting to see if the people of Virginia are gullible enough to vote for such a fraud! Given past voting (MacAuliffe, really?) behavior, too many will endorse the liar with glee.

If it’s Manafort - Mueller will have the conundrum that he worked for Podesta which will hopefully implicate him also.

Djt appointee the guy. And despite many many warnings of the obvious dangers. And djt kept the guy on the job when thousands of us advised djt to abolish the job and let the guy go. ——So now if the guy attacks Djt instead of prosecuting the real crimes ( sorozNazi, HilLIARy, obama, dws dnc etc) then djt will have been Taken to be a fool. I have great difficulty believing a smart shrewd intelligent fellow like djt
Would let himself fall into such an obvious trap. Very very great difficulty in fact we will see but hopefully the guy is going after the really serious crimes and not some minor bs maybe committed by some former djt worker. That would be almost complete BS and definitely would constitute an attempted diversion and misdirection from what most seriously needs prosecution. Another coverup for HilLIARy sorozNazi and company in effect

If Mueller had any integrity he would not have taken the job.

That he hasn’t resigned since the strong appearance of collusion with likely criminals is further proof.

"What boggles the mind is simply that Mueller is
supposedly an honest law man and attorney."

Obviously that wasn't true. It was nothing but Democrat Party
propaganda from the news media that they control.
See how they deceive? I know. I also heard the same description
of Mueller when he was appointed.
Repeated over and over again.

Reported on Fox shortly ago, Manafort’s office says it knows nothing about an impending indictment.

I am expecting it to be Manafort, who will promptly cut a deal to testify against the Podestas and many others in the U-1 deal.

Remember, Trump interviewed Mueller in private (ostensibly for FBI head) the day before he was appointed Special Counsel?

Coincidence? I think not.

I think it will come out that Mueller DID ALERT the DoJ about U-1 when he was FBI Director, and was shot down.

I think it will eventually come out that Trump’s REAL INTERVIEW with Mueller was to see if he would really go after The Corruption. I think Mueller passed this interview with flying colors.

Letting the Dims make utter fools of themselves over the FAKE Russia investigation for 10 months, while Mueller secretly built a case against Clinton et. al., was brilliant. It WOULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE BLUNDER TO GO AFTER HILLARY, OPENLY, ON JANUARY 21st, before the case was even built.

I think Sessions has been part of this strategy from DAY 1.
