Mueller is up to his neck in the Uranium One scheme. He headed up the FBI at the time and did nothing about it, thus becoming complicit in the act.
Who could mueller take in handcuffs that he might think would get himself out of danger in the selling of our uranium.. who might he use for his own safety..
