It’s probably not Flynn — at least not right now. I believe his case was being presented to a grand jury in Virginia, while the CNN story here says the indictments were handed up by a grand jury in the District of Columbia.
One other thought in between innings (go Astro’s). Any connection to the delay granted by the Judge on the Fusion bank records?

Supposedly Fusion has many journalists on their payola roll.
That might put a Congressional subpoena on hold, but it wouldn’t stop the witness from running his mouth on national television.
