Yes, you have identified the general motive but not the intent. The decision maker’s interior non-public general motive was reparations but the intent was to retain a financial power to suppress opponents and reward selected followers.
Eff Congress. They are in on it to a great extent. It needs to be a special “independent” investigation, if there is such as thing.
The story should be about the amount of incidents that happened under Barry’s time in office that were never reported in the MSM.
