I would offer this observation...all it did was convince people to leave Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Other platforms were found....most away from European control. German intellectuals are busy patting each other on the back....not realizing that they simply moved to lesser known platforms.
Interesting development to a few of us, as Russia takes more influence in Syria, Iran (Persia), and maybe eventually, several more nations in the Middle East and a demographic in Europe and the States.
This is a very sad and disturbing report. Here we see intelligent officials taking deliberate, conscious action to move down the slippery slope toward totalitarianism. One generation, and the Germans have forgotten their past. These actions are always packaged and presented to the people in the name of “doing good.”

Truly frightening. The site documents the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini’s many links with Hitler and the Nazis, his participation in the Armenian genocide as a young soldier in the Ottoman army, etc.

The future is obvious. Britain loses the St George Cross in 4.1 years or less, and Germany becomes unofficially allahu-akhbarish in less than 7 years.
One of the models used by Communist and portrayed in the book was the idea of "Synthesis". "Thesis" (Communism), "Antithesis" (Capitalism), and the resulting "Synthesis" (European or American Socialism). The idea being that the process would continually be repeated until a true Socialist Utopia (Communism) was achieved. Today there should be a course called “Americanism Verses Socialism”, with a text called “The Masks of Socialism.
Same groups, same objective, same methods, just called Antifa, BLM, Anarchist, Socialist International, Democratic Socialist of America, Soros’s Open Society Foundation, and many other subgroups.
All want to destroy the American Republic. All want to establish a Socialist Utopia in America. All want to use any and all means to accomplish their end. They use each group to create anarchy. An example is the National Socialist against the Antifa. Both are socialists and both have the same objective, to create dissent and violence and destroy the rule of law.
They label all conservatives as racist and deplorables. Anyone who stand up for our Republic is shouted down, called derogatory names, and attacked by their agents. All this to create the same conditions that existed in the Weimar Republic in Germany, prior to the takeover of the German Republic and its transformation into the Third Reich. They believe that by creating anarchy, and chaos, and mistrust, they will achieve their goals. Please Restore Our American Republic "R.O.A.R". Make America Great Again "MAGA", not by violence, but by upholding the rule of law, and exposing those who would destroy us.

A top priority here in the USA, if we were smart, would be to get rid of hate crime laws. Once you concede that hate crimes exists (and they do, but deal with that at sentencing) hate speech laws are not far behind.

I don’t see her statement as the same as what Germany is doing/proposing. I read it as preventing or at least attempting to prevent the spread of extremist ideology on social media. How can that be compared to jailing someone who posted a picture of the Mufti with Hitler?
When did Europe ever have free speech. It’s a myth.
