He’s a jihad terrorist who tried to bring down a civilian airplane full of innocent people — OF COURSE any of this communications are potentially dangerous — one can’t know what further acts of terrorist barbarism he might be trying to direct or inspire.

You’re right. With odongo, I’m surprised he wasn’t let go...just to avoid a lawsuit.
Now, a firing squad would solve the problem...real quick.

This person is not a civilian terrorist. Once his affiliations became known, he should have been transfered into military custody and tried as an enemy combatant where the penalty is death.

Is he an American citizen? If not, no Constitutional Rights.
Execute all islamic terrorists caught in the act and still living.
Immediately. Anything else is a waste of taxpayer dollars and often puts the public at further risk.

If he’s a Nigerian native he doesn’t have any constitutional rights.

Yep, in my blue sky world, the sheriff who arrested him on the tarmac would have pulled out his service wep and executed him on the spot in front of the cameras.

He’s a Nigerian native. I don’t believe he’s an American citizen. He waged terroristic war against US citizens. What constitutional protections does he have, other than perhaps a fair trial before a too-generous sentence of life in prison?
He should have been pushed off a high place with a remotely detonated stick of dynamite in his pants. It’s what he showed he really wanted.
To: markomalley
Let him go on hunger strike, and conveniently forget to look in on him periodically.
