The fans colluded with the Teams and told them that they will stop coming if he is signed.

I never will waste another nanosecond of my or my family’s time watching such meaningless crap as NFL football.

Colon Copperdinck’s surprise at his fall from grace is another example of an over-rated public figure who believed his own agent’s press releases.

"He’s a lefty lawyer who represented some creep in the distant past."

I forget the name but it was some dude in California who killed his wife.

This doesn't make sense.

It's America. He's black. It's never made any sense. These people are a protected minority welfare "class" and have been for over fifty years. Even their millionaire "athletes" continue to exhibit that perpetual "victim" mindset.

You're right. It doesn't make sense.

I hope it ruins the NFL

Be great to empty stadiums

The first clue of just what the NFL really has become was that whole month of running around with PINK

Good. I hope the lawsuit cripples the NFL. They’ve lost me as a viewer so they can go commit suicide by lawsuit.

“They were told no, you're not going to hire him.”

I'm not sure this is true.

IF it is, it raises the question: Did top NFL brass tell owners not to hire Tim Tebow after his actions almost destroyed the thug reputation the league spent so many years building?

If Kaeperdick wins this, the NFL will never be able to cut a black player again.

Probably the opposite of collusion. Owners were probably encouraging each other to acquire Kaepernick, but didn’t want to do it themselves.

ESPN and Fox haven’t put CK in the announcing booth to impress fans with his football acumen. There’s a reason for that.

The nfl is a private business, he has no right to work at all.

Well, that's the old "white" rule. The new rule is that since the NFL is a predominantly black-operated enterprise, Kaepernick cannot be denied employment regardless of his declining skill level. He just needs one of those Hawaiian judges to issue an injunction ordering the 49ers to take him back. :)

We need some to lay some common sense “smoking gun” control on all these “lawyers” and politicians.

32 teams employ 64 quarterbacks. The top 20 teams have the top 20 Who’s. That leaves 12 teams begging for a decent QB, starter or backup. Krapernick had a specific talent that limits his possibilities, so now the number of teams where he may fit gets even smaller. Couple that with his desire to be a starter then his chances to play are slim.
